Change Management™ - Foundation

Organisations often invest heavily in changing systems and processes as they hope to achieve real and measurable gains from these projects. Poor change management can hurt your bottom-line more than you think. This is where good and effective Change Management can bring your people along for the journey and prepare them to 'take up the new'.

This three-day Foundation course is one of Project Laneways' flagship business training courses. It’s designed for individuals who support change initiatives and need a solid understanding of the principles, terminology, and theory behind effective change management. It also serves as a stepping stone to the more advanced Practitioner qualification.

The course blends proven Change Management theory with practical, real-world examples. You’ll explore the dynamics of change at the individual, team, and organisational levels, and gain hands-on skills to plan for change, manage resistance, and facilitate successful outcomes.

There is approximately 1 hour of homework to be completed in the evenings of the first two days of the Foundation Course. This consists mainly of sample questions along with answers and explanations. We find that this improves the outcome and consolidates the day's learning.

Advanced course
