Within one business day of booking you will receive an email confirming your course registration. A tax invoice will be attached.

Course registration and payment terms

Payment details and terms can be found on each invoice. Payments may be made by electronic funds transfer, or credit card.

Bookings made within 14 days of the course start date will require immediate payment or a purchase order number.

  • Training materials, including study guides, and exam vouchers will only be issued upon receipt of payment or a purchase order number.

Payment methods

We process the booking and send you an email with pre-reading, venue details, and an invoice. The email and invoice will contain payment details. Payments may be made by electronic funds transfer, or credit card. Please note:

  • All payments must use the invoice number as a payment reference.
  • If you want to pay by credit card, there will be a credit card surcharge of 1.75% for payment made via Stripe.
  • You will need to enter the credit card details on the Stripe platform.
  • The credit card transaction is managed by Stripe and we do not need to know your credit card details or store them.

Postponements and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or postpone your course, we will endeavour to fill your place from our waiting list. Obviously, the more notice we get, the easier it is for us to do that. If we can fill your place, then we will fully refund you or transfer you to a new date.

If we cannot fill your place, then the following rules will apply:

  • More than two week’s notice, no cancellation or transfer fees apply.
  • Between 5-10 working days notice, 50% cancellation fee or 25% transfer fee.
  • Less than five working days notice, 75% cancellation fee or 50% transfer fee.

Credit Policy for Course Fees and Payments:

  • Credits held on account are valid for 12 months from the date of issue

It is our policy not to cancel a course once we have received a booking. If we have small numbers we may contact you and give you the option of moving to a larger course, as some people are uncomfortable about participating in a small course.

Inability to complete a course once started

We will make every effort to re-schedule you into another course to complete the remaining days. We cannot offer you a refund.

Exam results

You will receive the results of your PRINCE2®, PRINCE2® Agile, and MSP® exams within one working day of completion. Results for the Change Management™, Better Business Cases™, and AgilePM® exams will be available within 2-3 working days. We will notify you as soon as your results are available.

Certificates & Registration on the APMG UK web site

When your exam results have been processed the certificates are awarded and and will be available on from your account. The certificates are delivered as a pdf document.

You will be listed on the Successful Candidate Register on the UK based APMG web site once you have successfully completed exam. This process can take up to six weeks.

Venue changes

Occasionally we are forced to make a change to the training venue after we have notified you of the location. In this event, we will recontact you by your preferred method to inform you of the change.

Accreditation

This is an APMG accredited course and the exam standards are maintained by the APMG. Candidates will be asked to sign a form stating that they agree with the terms and conditions of the examination and certification. The full text can be found here. In summary it says:

  • You will be required to produce photo ID
  • You will be awarded a Practitioner certificate only if you pass the Foundation and Practitioner exams
  • PRINCE2 Practitioners are required to re-register between 3 and 5 years after originally gaining the Practitioner qualification. The re-registration exam is similar to the Practitioner exam but a shorter version
